Online Orders
Nope! No license needed! Salon owners, Professional Nail Technicians, Enthusiasts, and DIY are welcome to shop with the same great professional products at professional prices

Orders are shipped out M-F, excluding US holidays based on USPS, FedEx, and UPS carrier schedules. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (larger orders will take multiple extra days). Shipping estimates are available at checkout when selecting a priority or express service. Promotional FREE standard shipping will go out either USPS or FedEx and typically arrives 5-7 business days after shipping in the US. International Orders may take longer.
Our priority is protecting against fraud and theft of payment information. All orders are processed with our payment processor which has automated security screening.
When we receive a flag, we may request more infomation that verifies your payment method, shipping address, and identification match.
Please refer to the following acceptable items that we may request to confirm. We will request you to email this to our support@c8nailsupply.com email before we can process your order.
- Valid Photo ID with Name and Address matching the Payment and/or Shipping Address (Please cover the ID number and other information that isnt required)
- Photo of Credit Card used with matching name and last 4 digits and Expiration Date. (Please cover the rest of the number and any CVV codes)
- Utility bill (Power, Water, Gas, Cell Phone) matching the name and billing and/or shipping address.
If we are unable to verify in time, we may have to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
With porch theft and failed deliveries, we require a signature on frequently lost/stolen items to ensure packages are delivered sucessfully to customers with less delay.
If a customer finds themselves unable to sign for a package, delivery carriers provide a release form or an alternate deliery location form.
For FedEx, please contact FedEx for a signature release or to leave it at the nearest FedEx location for pick up. If a signature release is done, we are no longer able to assist if the package is stolen or signed for by someone else. For USPS, please contact your local Post Office for delivery options.
Customers are expected to be familiar with the product line and the quaility before purchasing a Full Set. Full set orders may not be available the same day and can take additional business days to pick and ship.
All colors are not guaranteed to be available. If some colors are out of stock, we will try our best to acquire them. If it is not available, we may refund the missing items at the promotion price. Substitution may not be available. If a larger quantity is not available from the full set, we will notify you by email and by phone.
If you cancel or change your order - a restocking fee of 25% may be applied. Any items provided for Free or as a Bonus will need to be returned new and unused. Any Free or Bonus items used or not returned will have the full regular price deducted from the refund.
An email confirmation will be sent to you and you can click "View Your Order." If you did not receive this, please check your junk email folder and your phone SMS. Sometimes it is filtered.

NOTE - Overnight shipping is not guaranteed and must be placed before shipping cutoffs
- Orders are still subject to payment verification. Flagged orders may be delayed if we do not receive verification in a timely manner
- Orders need to be placed before 9 A.M. PST. Orders placed after this will be shipped out the following business day
- Expedited orders will still take 1 business day to process, and then will ship at selected speed.
- Large Orders - may need 1-2 additional business days before shipment at the selected speed. Please call 714-868-7088 to confirm availability.
- For any urgent requests, we will do our best to help. Please call 714-868-7088 for our team to help ensure what we can do for your expedited shipment needs.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid. The customer is responsible for any local duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs. Please note these charges are not included in your order or shipping cost.
If a package is declined due to refusal to pay these charges and returned to us, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
These are currently the states taxes are collected in (subject to change): Washington, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, California, Tennessee, Minnesota, Michigan, Louisiana, Indiana, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Arkansas.

Online orders that have shipping chosen at checkout, cannot be picked up. If you wish to pick up your order, we will need to cancel your order and you can place a new one with In-Store Pickup option. Please contact us at 714-868-7088 for assistance.
Additionally, In Store Pick up orders are intended for the purchaser to pick up. If you need to assign someone else to pick up your order, we will need to be contacted to approve this designee, and will request the following
- An email from the original order - stating the Full Name and Address (on their photo ID) of the person who will be picking up your order.
- The person picking up yout order will need their Photo ID, and a photo of the purchaser's ID and the order number.
- Once signed, all items are considered picked up and any claim of missing items will not be accepted.
Please bring your Physical Photo ID (Digital Images will not be accepted) We will verify your ID and Address match the order. You will be responsible for checking all items on your receipt are in your Pickup Order. Then sign a reciept for pickup of the order. NOTE - Once signed, all items are considered picked up and any claim of missing items will not be accepted. Any items marked Out of Stock will be refunded and you may choose to exchange or shop for an alternative.

Product Warranty / Returns / Exchanges
We try our best to ensure packing and items are shipped correctly, but if we make a mistake, we will take care of it!
Some items may have been marked Out of Stock and a refund should be processed. If you are missing your refund, please let us know right away so we can confirm.

Please notify us immediately if there are any mistakes on your order. We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. After 1-2 hours, we will try our best to catch it before it enters shipping, but cancellations are not guaranteed. Any return shipping charges may be reduced from your refund.
Orders are processed immediately and typically sent to packing team as quickly as possible. We are unable to change delivery addresses, if we are able to, we will need to cancel your order and a new one can be placed.
Online orders cannot be picked up. In Store Orders may incurr an additional shipping charge to ship.

We only carry products from authorized distributors. We work closely with brands like Kupa, Gelish, Apres, Cre8tion, OPI, DND and more to fight against product fraud and counterfeits.
C8 Nail Supply does not repair or replace for warranty claims. Opened items are subject to Manufacturer Warranty and Repair.

Note - Shipping Fees are typically not covered for any warranty claims. You will need to follow manufacturer registration guidelines for valid warranty.
