Returns and Exchanges

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Applied items including, but not limited to - Gel Polishes, Lacquer, Powder, Acrylics, Lotion, Spa, Glues, Base, Top, Primer, etc. are not returnable or exchangeable. Defective applied items require a receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange.

Matching Colors – Duo, Dip, Acrylic

All Colors are based off individual manufacturers and their batches. There is no store guarantee of color accuracy and/or consistency. Any variance, mislabeling, or product updates are to be claimed with manufacturer directly.

Electronic Items

Lamps, Drills, Dust Collectors and other electronics are warrantied directly with the manufacturer. While in store, if you wish to test the item with a sales rep, we can test functionality after the item is purchased. If it is defective while in store, we can offer an exact replacement. Choosing another color, style, or function is not refundable.

Full Set Orders / Bundles / Combos

NOTE: Before Purchasing a Full Set, Bundle, or Combo pack - customer is expected to be familiar with the product line and the performance.

Orders that are cancelled or returned are subject to restocking fee of 25%. Returns must be complete, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear, use or damage. All free, bonus, or combo items must be returned together, or regular rate of the items will be deducted from the refund.

Beginners, DIY, Non-Professionals

While customers can purchase as the public without a license, items are intended for professional use and it is recommended to seek training, education, or to practice on a practice device before applying to avoid injury or other adverse reactions. Any issue / loss / adverse effect arising from lack of knowledge or training on a product is the customer’s sole responsibility.
