Gel is transparent and will tint and add Mermaid Charm and Shimmer to any base gel color. Results may vary from photo. Photo uses Black or White Base color.

Application:

• Mermaid gel is to be used as a second/third layer effect. Use a solid base color (black or white is the easiest) then the mermaid gel on top adds the clear water glimmering effect on top.
