Two of those three sold nothing at all the week before. Pedicure scent is a seasonal switch rather than a slope, and it flipped in the third week of August this year. None of the three is discounted, so this is demand rather than a markdown working.

Nothing in the builder gel category carries a valid markdown right now, so it is not on the list above, but over 450 items sit on that shelf and the direction of travel is obvious. Buying for a salon rather than a station
Case pricing sits on 25 items in the bulk collection, and several of the lamps above have a case variant that is cheaper per unit than the single. What does grab bag mean?
We choose the colors, not you. That is the entire reason those two sets are half price. The collection is named, so the range is predictable even though the individual shades are not.
