Chisel is a professional nail care brand founded in 2014 by David Hoàng, rooted in the Vietnamese nail community of Sacramento, California. It started with artist tools, the 3D stamp and the edger, then in 2017 launched the Dipping Ombre Powder that the brand is now known for across the industry. Today it is run by a founding team of nail industry veterans and keeps extending the line with input from working techs, backed by its own educator program.
