The rules, in plain terms
The maker writes and publishes each sheet, and revises it on their own schedule. That is why every link above points to the manufacturer: you always get the current version. A missing sheet usually means the maker has not published it yet, and a request to them can take a while, especially on newer products.
No. A safety sheet is a workplace document. For home use, the safety information that matters is printed on the product label. Salons and pros are the ones who keep sheets on hand.
Transport rules cap flammable liquids at roughly one liter per inner container for parcel shipping. A gallon is nearly four, so no carrier takes it. That is federal law for every seller, and it is why our gallons are on the shelf in Garden Grove, 7 days a week.
