Where the industry actually lives
Little Saigon, spanning Garden Grove and Westminster, is the largest Vietnamese community outside Vietnam. The women of Hope Village and the generation that followed made it the center of gravity for American nails: the schools that train the techs, the brands born from the community, and the supply houses that stock the country's salons cluster within a few miles of each other here.
