DIRECTIONS:

• Apply one coat of BLOOMING ART GEL to the nail - DO NOT CURE.
• Add in your Gel Polish and allow it to spread for a few seconds.
• Cure 1 minute LED, 2 min UV lamp.
• Apply Top Gel/Cure.
